Tasks

• Daily management of our Discord and Telegram community
• Onboard new artists and collectors, and help them successfully interact with our marketplace
• Provide customer support via Discord, Twitter and Telegram
• Synthesize insights from community interactions and surface critical issues to the engineering team.
• Grow the community by actively engaging in activities.
• Collaborate with other communities to promote our products.
• Maintain and promote our vibrant community culture.
• Contribute your own ideas to the success of the marketplace.

Requirements

• Experience with managing and participating in crypto NFT communities.
• Deep understanding of crypto, NFT, and Web3 culture
• Strong communication skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new things
• (nice to have) Experience with the Tezos NFT community
• (nice to have) Marketing experience
• (nice to have) Minor coding experience

Mandatory skill set:

• Portfolio of articles/blog (not mandatory)
• Structured yet creative mindset
• Able to meet short deadlines, objectives and deliver quality results
• Excellent writing and presentations skills
• Excellent knowledge of Google Suites (Google Docs, Excel)
• Design skills (not mandatory)
• Fluent in English & German
• French & Russian languages are considered big assets
• Prior professional background in tech recruiting services not required but appreciated

Job Type: Internship

About the Role:

DCAP is looking for a motivated, driven and reliable Junior Sales to support our sales and client management efforts from our Zurich office.

In this role, you will work closely with our senior management team to help drive business development, manage client interactions, and support daily operations — including administrative and organizational tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with client outreach and lead generation across target groups

• Support in preparing presentations, marketing materials, and client documentation

• Maintain and update the CRM system and assist with managing the sales pipeline

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior management and the CEO

• Help with onboarding new clients and service providers

• Assist in organizing sales campaigns, events and supporting marketing efforts

• Provide general administrative and operational support across the team

Your Profile:

• Based in Zurich, Switzerland (on-site presence required – remote work not possible)

• First experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus (internships or part-time work also valued)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proactive, hands-on mentality, able to work independently

• Detail-oriented with a high level of reliability

• Strong interest in Web3, crypto, technology, finance, and asset management

• Fluent in German and English
